Lillian Halloran

Lillian is a certified personal trainer through the Naitonal Academy of Sports Medicine.  As a health and fitness professional, Lillian believes in a balanced and healthy lifestyle that will allow us to be the best version of ourselves.  Her programs are based on functional strength, core stability, proper nutrition and cardiovascular exercise.  As a professional and competitive athlete, Lillian enjoys running, weight training, PRT, Tough Mudders. Lillian has run a Marathon, half marathon and competed in the NPC as a bikini competitor.

Mark Konicek

Mark Konicek brings 20 years of experience in coaching, training and participation in the health and
fitness industry. Mark started his career as a runner and continued to grow as a triathlete, ultramarathoner
and Ironman. Mark developed and ran the Schaumburg LifeTime Fitness Triathlon training program for 8
years. Passionate for the sport, he also coached for the LifeTime Fitness running club, headed the 12-
week Boot Camp program and developed a Boot Camp designed for children. Mark is the former
trainer for the Fox Valley Area Baseball Teams for ages 10-High School.
Mark believes coaching begins by understanding the client’s lifestyle, desires and ultimate goals. Through
this awareness, along with the client’s dedication, preparation and training; personal goals and life
changing results can be achieved.
With his dedication and passion to the client, Mark has successfully trained all fitness levels and ages
from children to adults.

Deena Krieger

I am a guidance counselor, wife and mother of a beautiful daughter. I have always been passionate about fitness. After going through multiple trainers, I was going to be eclectic with my approach to training others; taking what I enjoyed and found important from my experiences and translate that into my style. My program style is based on using functional training, which combines strength and stamina concurrently in my uniquely designed exercises.The end result is a stronger, leaner, more defined physique-You will see an improvement in both muscle mass and endurance.  With that being said, I will tailor your trainings according to your goals, abilities, and limitations.  I have found that this approach produces the best results.  IT IS SUCCESS !!!

This type of application is supported by new research as one of the best ways to get into shape, lose weight, and improve your overall health! I strongly believe in a positive attitude transends into our daily lives. I look forward to working with clients in an encouraging and motivating way. Cindy Wroble

Cindy is a NASM Certified Personal trainer and a Certified Spin Instructor. She is an active person and has been an advocate for fitness most of her life. She strongly believes that following a healthy lifestyle improves your quality of life, both physically and emotionally.

Cindy recently decided to make a career change, and follow her passion for health and fitness. She left her job of 30+ years as an outside technician for AT&T, and went back to college for Health & Wellness Promotion.

As a new client, Cindy will first perform a movement assessment to ensure she is starting you at the correct platform. This is a very important in order to customize a program that is challenging, efficient and safe with appropriate progression. With attention to detail, and an emphasis on correct body alignment, training sessions are focused on exercising efficiently and avoiding injury. During your training session, she will teach, guide and motivate you towards reaching your fitness goals whatever it may be: strength, flexibility, increasing lean muscle mass, fat loss, improved posture, improved cardio or endurance, or a combination of any of these.

With the blessing of health, a passion for fitness and a commitment to staying active, along with determination, she has enjoyed completing 8 marathons, 3 triathlons and several multiple day bicycle adventures over the past 16 years.
